Handrail profile 11.
This handrail profile was scanned in a property just off Oxford street, London. The original handrail was used as a wall rail running up the flight that was a large square flight with quarter space landings. the handrail was mounted onto a core rail that ran between brass handrail brackets. The well handrail used is profile 12. Both handrails were made from Brazilian Mahogony. The property was built mid 19th century.
